Born in Mexico City. Studied Business Administration at La Salle University and started a varied career that led her to marketing consulting and Real Estate in the early 90’s. Nora started in the industry as a salesperson working for one of the top agents who belonged to the largest network of independent agents in the north of Mexico City. After two years, became an independent agent as well, initiating a growing career with her own company called Nova Bienes Raices.

In 2010 Nora was certified as International Property Specialist by the US National Association of Realtors, certification that led her to enroll to the International Federation of Real Estate (FIABCI).
Due to her expertise both, in Mexico and Canada, she can assist buyers with their concerns at the time of buying, helping them to take the most informed decision. She also assists sellers providing accurate information to get their property sold for the best money and conditions. Nora’s expertise has grown to commercial and business brokerage. She provides an integral service to her clients not only related to real estate. Her services include residential, commercial and relocation. She connects her clients with those professionals in business, legal and immigration issues amongst others.

Nora also works with many new immigrants and first-time home buyers assisting them every step of the way, from setting up services, to find the school for their children and many other considerations at the time of buying and/or settling down. .

Working with Latin American residents and newcomers in finding their dream home.

Since her second year in the office, Nora always managed to be an award winner. From 2003 to date Nora has taken many Real Estate courses and seminars because she believes in preparation and knowledge to help better her clients. Besides being registered in Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) Nora is CIPS member of NAR (US National Association of Realtors) and FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation) based in Paris, France.

Nora is also member of FIABCI Board of Directors, Chapter Canada. In November 2012 she has been elected President for the 2014 term. Locally she belonged to the Mexican Business Association of Canada, being member of the Board of Directors for the years 2004 to 2008.

COMMUNITY

Currently Nora works mainly with Latin American residents in Vancouver as well as with newcomers helping them in the relocation process.

Her career has stretched to use her expertise and contacts to promote commercial properties, hotels and new development lands in Mexico and Latin America.

Nora is constantly sponsoring and participating in events to promote and preserve the traditions, costumes and values of Latin America, connecting people and businesses. Nora believes in participation and hard work in favor of our communities.
